Pregnancy, birth, post-birth are some of the most powerful times a person can experience. Emotionally. Spiritually. Physically. Complete with highs and lows, ranging from the elation you feel when you first pee on a stick to the overwhelming fatigue that goes along with the first trimester, all the way to the excitement and doubts that arise as you approach your due date. These prenatal and postnatal yoga practices are Forrest Yoga inspired using the Poppy Perinatal approach and will help you navigate your way through these life changes with more support, strength, and confidence.

Whether you are new to yoga, or have a practice, grab your water, your mat and begin your practice with me – for two! Every Monday evening at 7.45pm in Zoomland for 60mins.
